If built properly, basement suites can pay for themselves many times over and provide you with a way to pay your mortgage off faster or an extra income. We use quality products that will last and be in style for 10+ years so you won’t have to re-renovate your basement suite for years to come. Let us help you plan every detail out so you can get the highest return on your investment and give you peace of mind knowing that your basement suite is up for the task. We at NAP Home Contracting can design and build a plan for you that will maximize your rent value and bring incredible returns.

We have been building decks in the lower mainland for over 10 years. We use 3/4 inch select plywood instead of the commonly used 5/8 inch plywood. This means that your deck is thicker, better built and there is little to no bounce. After we build you a deck, jump on yours and then go over to a friends house and jump on their deck to feel the difference. No bounce in ours and the chances are high that you will feel plenty of bounce in theirs.

The waterproof vinyl membrane is the outer skin of a deck and the most important investment when it comes to preserving your deck. In our rainy environment, decks rot out if there is even a hint of wear in the vinyl. Vinyl is supposed to protect the decks surface and allow it to last for years without rotting. That’s why we at NAP Home Contracting don’t skimp out on our vinyl. Our decks are topped with a waterproof vinyl membrane that is so durable and strong that it is rated for use as roofing on commercial buildings. We do it right where it counts

Stairs are always the first part of a deck to rot out and become weak. NAP Home Contracting only uses pressure treated wood and beveled decking for stair treads. This allows for the water to drain in between the stairs so that water doesn’t pool and rot out your stair treads. Most stairs are built with two 2″ x 10″ stringers. You will notice when you walk up and down these types of stairs that they are soft and flex. We use three treated 2″ x 12″ stringers with a treated 2″ x 6″ strong back to provide a solid staircase that will last for years to come.
